Primarily for Cluster Chairs and Cluster Chairs of Governors in West Norfolk.
There is an immediate crisis in education recruitment at all levels - teachers, Headteachers, support staff and others in education.
There is widespread support for schools and educational providers to work together to develop a sub-regional strategy that will support recruitment, school improvement and professional development.
