Bury Infant Check (for Year R): Autumn 2009

The SEN Mainstream Funding Scheme will again, this year use the Bury Infant Check as a prior attainment indicator.

To enable us to provide you with the appropriate number of papers please complete the slip attached indicating your requirements. Please remember to take into account any papers you already have in school.

When complete, please return to Michaela Allison, SEN Finance, Room 063, Norfolk County Council, County Hall, Martineau Lane, Norwich, Norfolk, NR1 2DL or email her with number required making sure that "Bury Infant Check" is used as the email subject by the 31 May 2009.

Manuals for the Bury Infant Check will already be in school.
