The May Local Authority Return is required to be done on 21 May 2009. Files should be sent to the Information Research Centre using Anycomms Secure Data Transfer. Any schools unable to use Anycomms should send their files via S2S.

The returns required are :

	the Pupil and Staff Export
	the Early Years Attendance Return (this return is only required by schools with reception age children)

Please ensure your May Return files reach the Information and Research Centre by 21 May 2009.

This return should be completed as well as School and Pupil Census, which is a statutory requirement for all schools.

Schools using E1 are not required to complete the May Local Authority return.
