Children's Services Finance MONTHLY LOADFILE NAME CHANGE

To improve the BCR monitoring process a separate download will now be sent for each month, including April and July.

The file is now named YYYY-PP.txt
YYYY = Financial Year (Internal system yearcode) and PP = Period number

For example the July 2009-10 Loadfile will be named 2010-04.txt

Schools using STAR Accounts

You must ensure your accounts have been upgraded to version 4.5 before processing the July download (2010-04.txt). The upgrade will be released on the 17th August. Do not rename the file to Loadfile.txt.

Schools using CASH Accounts

Open the Finance folder in your Inbox and rename the download file as shown below, depending on the screen display of your PC:

Filename displayed as: 2010-04	Rename to Loadfile
