In July's MRS newsletter 22 we told you why we have reached an impasse with national UNISON. This time we explain:
the process we are now going through to implement the MRS proposal
what saying 'YES' to MRS means
our plans to support managers to support you over the next few months
Headteachers: It is important to ensure that all of your staff see these communications. Please make a hard copy, if necessary, for anyone who does not have easy PC access. Remember, all MRS communications should also be shared with any staff on maternity leave or sick leave.
