Threshold Assessment in Round 10 (2009/10)
Further to MI 117/09, the relevant page on Teachernet has now been updated and guidance and model forms are available - see http://www.teachernet.gov.uk/management/payandperformance/.
This gives comprehensive guidance on threshold assessment in Round 10 and there are several useful annexes and two model forms that can be utilised.
The School Teachers Pay and Conditions Document 2009 is also available on Teachernet (online version) in PDF format. There is useful information on post-threshold teachers in Section 2 of the Document, paragraphs 19 and 20.
