This year the fair funding consultation paper will contain two significant proposals for changing school funding arrangements.

	Changes to the methodology for distributing School Specific Funding for pupils with Special Educational Needs
	A single funding formula for Nursery Schools, Nursery Classes and Private Voluntary and Independent Sector for funding 3 and 4 year olds by April 2010.

As a result of this the two main consultation issues will attract different audiences and for this reason we have decided to split the consultation into two parts.

This will also apply to the consultation briefing evenings with separate sessions arranged for the new Early Years formula and the Special Education Needs proposals.

3 November 2009	Kings Centre Gt Yarmouth	4.30pm - 6pm
4 November 2009	Thorpe St Andrew High School	6pm - 7.30pm
12 November 2009	Ecotech Centre Swaffham	4.30pm - 6pm

These meetings are open to Headteachers, Governors and staff and Private, Voluntary and Independent providers.
