Revised Teachers' and Headteachers' Performance Management Guidance
Further to MI 165/09 and MI 146/09, schools need to be aware that the Rewards and Incentive Group (RIG) have issued revised Performance Management Guidance and a Revised Model Performance Management Policy (September 2009) and these documents are available on Teachernet. For a list of the changes made from the original versions issued in 2007, please click here.
