Updated Information Devolved Formula Capital (DFC) - Changes to the way Schools Submit their Request for Approval
Schools will be aware that the current procedure to submit your DFC request is by downloading, completing and sending the DFC request form to Planning and Buildings either by email, fax or post.
We have streamlined this process and applications can now be completed and submitted on-line. In future, for any DFC expenditure and also where DFC is required as a contribution towards a Norfolk County Council managed building project. Please note schools do not have to complete a DFC request to spend their Harnessing Technology Grant or Travel Plan Funding. Please follow the procedure below to submit your forms:
Select the Norfolk Schools website - www.schools.norfolk.gov.uk and log in via the "My School" log in page.
Select "Devolved Formula Capital" from "Commonly Used Items".
Complete the form using "Guidance" and "FAQ" from the quick menu as necessary. Please note most of the fields are mandatory.
Once you have completed your form and are happy with the content you can submit it by selecting the button at the bottom of the page. The form will be sent electronically to Planning and Buildings for approval. You are not able to return to and amend a form once it has been submitted.
If you have completed some or all of the form but are not ready to submit it you can save/print the form and return to it at a later date.
To view any previous saved or submitted forms please select "View All" from the Quick menu.
To amend a "saved" form click on the "saved" link to return to the form.
Once your request has been seen by a Senior Manager in Planning and Buildings an email will be sent to the email address submitted with the form stating the outcome of the request.
