Complying with Planning Conditions
In order to ensure compliance with planning permission, Planning Officers from the County Council's Department of Environment Planning and Transportation are required to inspect and monitor school sites where approved projects are being carried out or have been completed. This will apply equally to projects undertaken by Children's Services and those carried out by the school using DFC.
This MI Sheet provides a briefing note on the process, together with a list of schemes which are likely to be subject to a compliance inspection.
The list of schemes will be updated from time to time to accommodate new schemes and at each revision this MI sheet will be revised.
