Autumn 2010 Milk Pro Forma
Primary school milk pro forma – Autumn Term 2010
The autumn term milk pro forma is now available for those primary schools wishing to claim the subsidy from the Rural Payments Agency.
Those who do not wish to claim the subsidy do not need to fill in the pro forma.
Reminder: Summer term pro forma’s need to be returned to county hall by 30 September.
