Checking 2010 End of Key Stage Assessments - EYFSP, KS1 and KS2

In order to provide all primary schools with an opportunity to check that their 2010 results for Early Years Foundation Stage, Key Stage 1, and Key Stage 2, are correct, provisional reports have been made available on the "My School" website. We have provided an additional KS2 report this year, showing end of KS2 Teacher Assessments in English, Maths and Science. This is partly to fill the gap left by no longer having any Science Tests, and partly to fill the gap left by schools boycotting the tests this year.

These reports will enable you to:

(1) Check that the results held by the LA and the DFE are correct
(2) See your Average Point Scores
(3) Ensure that your figures are correct for the update of KeyData and IPSS on 1st November.

To access these provisional reports, go to:
  • Norfolk Schools website
  • Select 'My School', enter your DFE number and password and click 'Log in'
  • Scroll down the 'commonly used items' and select 'KeyData'
  • Click on the 'More Info' button
  • Click on 'Attainment (provisional data for checking)'
  • Click on the pdf icon under 'Download' against the appropriate key stage.

If you find errors in your report please contact Dom Mingaye by email at irc.schoolperformance@norfolk.gov.uk, or by phone to Dom on 01603 222894, as soon as possible, but at the very latest by Friday 1st October.

May I stress the importance of this checking exercise:
  • For EYFSP and KS1: we will pass on any amendments to DFE for you
  • For KS2: you will have an opportunity to check the results held by DFE via the AAT online checking process, but the LA will not be informed of any amendments - so unless we are informed by you, your online KeyData and IPSS information in November will be incorrect.

Many thanks, in advance, for your help with this checking process.
