Transfer to Secondary School - September 2011
Primary and junior schools will have received this week the individual envelopes to distribute to Year 6 pupils who are due to transfer to secondary schools next September.
We need to inform you that the supplies of Parent Guides to Secondary School 2011/12 have been delayed and as a result of the changes to the school courier service will now not be with you until the week commencing 27 September 2010.
The individual envelopes should be distributed to the children without delay, advising parents that the guide will be available from the end of this month.
Parents can access the guide now by visiting our website.
To ensure parents do not miss an opportunity to attend open evenings at the secondary schools we attach list of these for all schools in the county. This is also available on our website as above. Parents attention should specifically be drawn to any local secondary schools that are planning open evenings in September.
