School Improvement Partner (SIP) Record of Visit
You will be aware that the frequency of the courier delivery to schools has been reduced to once a fortnight this term and is scheduled to be reduced further to once a month from the Spring term next year.
As a consequence, from this term SIP Records of Visit (RoV) will be transmitted in PDF format to schools electronically, via email, to the 'headteacher@---- norfolk.sch.uk' address. They will also be sent by this method to the Chair of Governors unless we are informed before Friday 8th October to send them via the courier instead. In the event that any amendments to the RoV are necessary, please either print a copy, annotate it with the suggested changes and fax or mail it back to us, or send a return email.
