Sickness Insurance Database - Trial

A database has been developed by the Accounting Software team which, from April 2011, all schools that buy into Norfolk County Council's Sickness Insurance Scheme will be required to use to register/produce Sickness Insurance claims.

Although the database has been fully tested at County Hall, we would like to trial the database in a selection of schools for the last few months of this financial year, to ensure that it meets the needs of both Norfolk County Council and Norfolk's schools.

If you would like to be considered for the trial please send an email to efs.ca@norfolk.gov.uk with the subject line "Sickness Insurance Trial".

10 - 15 schools will be selected to be involved in the trial from the responses received before Friday 15th October 2010.

The commitment required to be involved in the trial is to attend a training session, feedback session (details below) and to produce your schools sickness insurance claims electronically for Periods 8 - 12 of this financial year.

Training Session: 04/11/2010 (09:00 - 12:00) at the Norwich Professional Development Centre.

Feedback Session: 18/02/2011 (09:30 - 11:30) at the Norwich Professional Development Centre.
