New Email Address for Purchase Card Amendment Requests

With effect from 3rd November 2010 all email requests for purchase card amendments should be sent to the following email address:

DFBankingandTreasury@norfolk.gov.uk

This is a group email box so there will always be a member of the banking team in the office to process your request.

Please ensure that the email comes from the cardholder's line manager and the cardholder is copied in. This is for audit purposes. We will not be able to process requests that come from the cardholder.

We would respectfully suggest that requests to increase cards should only be sent when absolutely necessary. If your purchase is not urgent and can wait until the card has been cleared at midnight on the 11th of the month, please wait until after that date to make the purchase.

We endeavour to process all amendment requests on the day of receipt although this may not be possible at very busy times.
