Recording Impact Data for One to One Tuition
All schools are required to collect and submit impact data for pupils receiving One to One Tuition in the academic year 2010/11. The following arrangements have been made for you to record this information:
Schools using e1 MIS
An updated mark sheet has been uploaded into your school's e1. The information you enter can be transferred to a mark sheet in SIMS if your school changes to that system. Schools will receive further advice and guidance about how to do this. Alternatively, schools transferring to SIMS during this academic year may prefer to complete the spreadsheet and then import into SIMS.
Schools using SIMS MIS
SIMS are developing new mark sheets for One to One tuition. There is a single mark sheet for KS2/3/4 mathematics and two mark sheets for English (KS2 English and KS3/4 English). Schools will be advised when these mark sheets are available. SIMS schools can also use the spreadsheet link above to record data in the interim.
Schools using SERCO MIS
An updated mark sheet has been made available for you to download. Please export this data by anycomms. The file name for summer 2011 data should be your four digit DfE number followed by:
_1to1_summer11 e.g. 4005_1to1_summer11
For KS4 results submitted in September 2011 the file name should be your four digit DfE number followed by:
_1to1_autumn11 e.g. 4005_1to1_autumn11
Schools using BROMCOM or other MIS
