Budget Planner Spreadsheet - Data Update Three
As part of the Version 5.2 Upgrade to Star Accounts several subjective codes will be made inactive which are currently listed in the 2011-12 Budget Planner Spreadsheet. When exporting the budget into Star Accounts any budgets assigned to those codes will be deleted and the budget will need manually amending within Star Accounts.
Within the Version 1.3 upgrade the subjective codes that are being made inactive will be highlighted in red within the Detailed Budget screen. Any budgets assigned to these codes should be removed and added to another subjective code within the same CFR category.
The ‘Export Budget for Star Accounts’ function has been amended to provide a warning if there are budgets assigned to inactive codes, giving users the opportunity to cancel the process and amend the budgets.
Within this upgrade the Pupil Premium Grant subjective code will also be changed from 9080 to the new valid code – 9901.
