Management Information Sheet

The STAR ACCOUNTS Upgrade Version 5.3 will be available from 5^th September 2011 and will be downloaded when you dial into AVCO.

DO NOT OPEN THE DOWNLOADED FILE (Upgrade_Star.Exe or Upgrade_StarSQL.Exe)
To complete the upgrade you must follow the instructions (SQL or NON SQL depending on your system)

Please complete the upgrade BEFORE processing the August download. The download will not be available until 7^th September to ensure the upgrade is completed. This upgrade contains changes to the Staff Codes and will affect your Download report. Please note the following:
1. If the August download is processed BEFORE performing the upgrade, all the staff will be listed as **Staff not set up** and any Supply dates will not be correctly displayed. This cannot be amended but the financial information is accurate.
2. If the July download is processed AFTER performing the upgrade, all the staff will be listed as **Staff not set up**. Staff names will not be corrected until the August download is completed.


After the upgrade has been completed you must perform a Subjective Code update and amend your Staff Codes as detailed in the instructions.
