Several schools have reported that an additional holiday date is appearing within the Sickness Insurance Database, which is affecting the number of days claimable for October.

The additional holiday date is Wednesday 05 October 2011. Please follow the attached instructions to remove this date from your Sickness Insurance Database, if it exists, before submitting the October return.
