Sickness Insurance Claims - November 2011
When registering claims for sickness insurance in November, claims should not be submitted for any staff members who have stated that they are taking part in the strike action scheduled for Wednesday 30th November 2011.
As per MI sheet 272/11, schools will be required to submit a list of employees on strike to the HR Service Centre. If a staff member appears on this list they must not be included on any sickness insurance claim for 30th November 2011. Claims can still be registered for the 30th November 2011 if a staff member is absent due to sickness, not industrial action.
