Budget Planner Software
This MI Sheet is intended for those schools who have used cluster codes in their 2012-13 original budget plans using budget planner software versions 1.05 or earlier.
Budget plans printed and submitted to Governors using version 1.05 or earlier which have not completed a subjective code update in the budget planner, will not include any in year cluster balances where schools have used cluster subjective codes for budgeting purposes.
If your school has used any cluster codes within the budget planner software your totals on the summary and detailed budget printouts will not agree. You will need to update your budget planner to version 1.06, complete a subjective code update, and reprint all documentation. This will need to be presented to governors for signature. The paperwork and signed plan should then be submitted along with revision 1 by the end of the summer term. Please ensure that governors receive a full explanation of the reasons for being asked to resign the original budget plan paperwork.
