Agreed Syllabus for Religious Education
The revised Agreed Syllabus for Religious Education in Norfolk will be delivered to schools during the week commencing 25th June.
The syllabus becomes the statutory curriculum for all maintained community and voluntary controlled schools in Norfolk from September 1st 2012. Independent schools, such as academies are invited to use the syllabus.
The Syllabus will be launched at the initial meeting of the Cross-Phase RE network meeting 19th September at 4.00 p.m. at the Norwich Professional Development Centre (book online - EPND5).
Schools are encouraged to sign up to the network meetings which will support the effective implementation of the Syllabus. All delegates will receive their own copy of the Syllabus.
