PRS Licence - Review Schedule
Norfolk County Council purchase a PRS licence on behalf of all our Schools. To ensure that the licence we hold is accurate and covers our requirements there is an obligation to provide information as requested by the licensing authority.
PRS have requested that all of our establishments complete the Review Schedule (in spreadsheet format) attached, which you need to complete and return to PRS detailing actual music usage for the period January 2011-January 2012.
The notes below give tips on completing the form, there is also an example within the Spreadsheet to act as a guide. Please use the ‘General Purpose’ tab for all premises EXCEPT for
Youth Clubs
Swimming pools
Staff Areas
Nurseries/Crechés/Preschools
These have their own appropriate tab, which should be used when applicable.
Please do not complete the Background Music section if the device is only used for Exercise Classes/Featured Music Events/Exhibitions.
The ‘Concerts and Variety Shows’ tab is to be filled in if any of your premises hold events for which you are able to provide PRS with set list information and also have details of box office receipts and/or attendance.
When completing the return, please provide your own school contact details as well as reference to Norfolk County Council and ensure that contact details are given for all of your premises, in the appropriate box as per the example within the spreadsheet. The example is there for your benefit and cannot be overwritten, please complete your details below the examples.
