New subjective code for catering recharges
New subjective codes have been created to allow those schools providing other schools with catering contracts to account for the income.
The schools receiving the services will also have a separate subjective code to account for the expenditure.
The new subjective codes will be download only codes and a new recharge form has been created for this purpose.
The subjective codes are:
I08 99190 Internal Recharge Catering Sales To Other Schools
E25 74460 Internal Recharge Catering Provided By Another School
Schools can update STAR Accounts to review the revised subjective list. For instructions please see Section 15 of the STAR Accounts user guide.
Schools can update the Budget Planner subjective code via the Help function. For further instruction please see Section 1 of the Budget Planner user guide.
Schools will need to update the budget planner during the next revision to ensure that income and expenditure are budgeted in the correct place.
A recharge form can be found on the Schools Finance Website A-Z.
