School Application Form for Exceptional Circumstances Funding

Please find attached the Exceptional Circumstances Funding Form.

Information and guidance is available in the "Support for Learning Funding Guidance Final version – June 2012" available at www.schools.norfolk.gov.uk.

You should also refer to MI Sheet 177/12 for information on appropriate circumstances for requesting ECF and the referral route.

Requests for Exceptional Circumstances Funding will be considered by the Early Years and SEN Panels on 20 December - the deadline for Clusters to submit completed forms is 13 December 2012.
