Partnership development
Recent Head Teacher meetings highlighted the need to provide information for Governing Bodies and Head Teachers on the support available for the development of school partnerships, federations and clusters.
The Education Strategy and Partnership Development (ESPD) Team are best placed to provide advice on the various processes, provide and coordinate the necessary support and sign post to other teams within Children’s Services. For church schools the relevant diocesan office should also be involved. The ESPD Team can be contacted in relation to questions regarding:
The team works closely with the School Organisation Team to facilitate a smooth transition where change processes are subject to statutory consultation.

| Liaison with other Norfolk County Council teams, in particular Governor Services HR Services School Finance Support Nplaw Economic Development |
