Government Consultation re:Carbon Reduction in Schools
CRC Energy Efficiency Scheme will be simplified and the principal areas that will have a direct impact on schools will be:
Norfolk County Council CRC Reduction in Schools Project will continue until April 2014 and after this date we will offer advice to schools on energy saving measures.

1. | From April 2013 - Reducing the number of fuels that need be reported on from 29 to 2, those being, Electricity and Gas for heating. |
2. | From April 2014 - The Government will withdraw all state funded schools in England from the scheme with the intention of implementing alternative robust measures that will incentivise and support schools to obtain both energy and cost emission savings. |
