Sharing Good Practice in SEND Cluster Developments
This course is aimed at:
Headteachers, SENCOs, Governors and other staff with an interest in, and commitment to, developing effective cluster partnerships for SEND.This one-day conference will present case examples of SEND cluster development in Norfolk. Volunteer cluster hosts will share their response to the change in distribution of SEND funding and identify an aspect of their collaboration which has enhanced their working. In addition, a cluster SENCO and Headteacher from Newark will offer a key-note presentation, sharing their experience of this way of working for children and families.
Clusters continue to ask how other colleagues are responding to this challenge. This conference is a way to share practice and to enhance possibilities for collaborative working.
In preparation for the full transition of pupil specific funding to schools and clusters we hope to promote connections between clusters and to encourage further development of this way of working.
