CO-OP Banking online Fraud

Please do not provide any confidential information that may appear to be requested from the Co-op bank by email. This email request will look official but the Co-op has not requested this information - it is a scam. There have been several reports that these emails are circulating around Norfolk schools.

The Co-op will never ask for confidential information (such as your account details, card numbers, PINs or passwords) by email or text message supposedly "because it is for your own security". For more information, go to The Co-operative Bank - What we do and what we don't do.

If you suspect you have received an email, text message or unsolicited correspondence from a scammer claiming to be from the Co-op, please forward it to ihaveseenascam@co-operativebank.co.uk

Remember: never send any confidential information such as your account details, card numbers, PINs or passwords by email.
