Urgent Submission of Utility Meter Reads

Please refer to MI sheet 83/13 requesting submission of all utility meter reads.

The information required is as follows:
  • Meter readings for all utility meters (including any renewables).

  • Stock levels for all stored fuel tanks.

  • All delivery quantities and delivery dates in the past financial year for non-ESPO contract heating oil (ie NOT PACE Petroleum).

  • Delivery quantities and delivery dates for all propane/LPG.

  • Delivery quantities and delivery dates for all biomass.


    • If for any reason you are unable to access your utility meter(s) or the online recording form, please let us know as soon as possible by contacting Michael Dawson on 01603 706136.

    Please use this link to Annual Meter Readings within MySchool to submit your data online. Please submit all utility meter readings by Monday 22 April 2013
