Norfolk County Council has recently taken on new responsibilities for public health including responsibility for the School Nursing Service. We want to make sure that the School Nursing Service is working well for children, young people and schools. We are keen to hear about your experience of the service, what works well and what could be improved.

We have developed a short online survey for school staff to tell us what they think about the service. It is open to all school staff, from those working in infant schools through to secondary schools; we want to hear from members of the leadership team, class teachers and SENCOs about their experience.
The survey will be available for staff to complete between Monday 17th June and Friday 26th July. The results will be used to inform how the service works in the future.

We have also developed a separate survey for pupils in Years 7-13 to complete. We are keen to hear from young people about their experience of the service and we would be grateful if you could help promote this survey to your pupils. Here are the links to the surveys:
