Green Book Pay Award 2013

Following the outcome of the union ballot, the National Joint Council for Local Government Services has announced that a pay award of 1% has been agreed for all staff on Green Book pay.

The new rates will be applied to pay in August with arrears backdated to 1 April 2013.

From 1 October 2013 Point 4 will be deleted. Employees on Point 4 will progress to Point 5.

This pay award will apply for all staff on Scales A to M.

For Scales N and O, County Councillors have authorised that a local offer should be made of 1% also. No pay offer is being made for Scales P and above. This position is being shared with unions and the outcomes of these local negotiations will confirmed as soon as possible.
