Sickness Insurance Claims 01st October 2013
When registering claims for sickness insurance for October 2013, claims should not be submitted for any staff members who have stated that they are taking part in the strike action scheduled for Tuesday 01st October 2013.
As per MI sheet 229/13, schools will be required to submit a list of employees on strike to the HR Shared Services. If a staff member appears on this list they must not be included on any sickness insurance claim for 01st October 2013.
Claims can still be registered for the 01st October 2013 if a staff member is absent due to sickness, not industrial action.
