Changes to school teachers' pay and conditions 2013
The changes to school teachers’ pay and conditions took effect from September and were detailed in the School Teachers’ Pay and Conditions Document 2013 (STPCD 2013) and summarised on MI sheet 105/13.
Schools are required to update their pay and performance management policies to take into account these changes.
Your HR and payroll provider(s) need to see your revised pay policy so they can make sure they are ready to pay your teachers their next salary increase when it is due. They will also check that the main changes have been captured and are in accordance with STPCD 2013.
