The attached document is the latest DfE Guidance on preventing and tackling bullying in schools. It does not differ significantly from the previous 2011 Guidance but at long last it recognises that bullying involves a power imbalance which the previous definition did not include. There are also a few more helpful websites for advice.

Schools should check that their own anti-bullying policy reflects key points from this Guidance.
