Management Information Sheet

As from the start of the autumn term there will be a minor change in the way Schools Finance Team will process the swimming pool charges.

At present schools with a designated pool are emailed a charging sheet to calculate the necessary costs associated with schools that use their swimming pool. This process will continue to operate but Local Authority maintained schools from September will only be able to process the charges via the NCC Internal Journal Request in Star Accounts. Requests for this to be carried out by the Schools Finance Team will cease from this point.

Academies that use a local authority maintained swimming pool will need to be invoiced directly.

Academies are required to create an invoice to those schools that use their pool to recover their charges.

Schools who use Private Pools will continue to be charged as before.
