Out of School Club Audit
In order to meet our Statutory duties (Childcare Act 2006) in relation to; (2) Securing sufficient childcare for working parents and (3) Providing a parental information service, Norfolk Family Information Service (FIS) are currently undertaking an Audit of Out of School provision in Norfolk.
To ensure we have an accurate picture of the out of schools childcare (OOSC) provision in Norfolk we need your help. If you provide a Breakfast club, Afterschool club or a Holiday play scheme we would appreciate your co-operation by completing this short survey
This information will be available to parents and carers in Norfolk on the Norfolk Family Service directory
To ensure this information is accurate and up to date we plan to collect this information on a termly basis.
This audit is for OOSC childcare and not Activity clubs. See definition below.
Definitions
Activity Club
A club with one focus i.e. cookery, football running for a length of time on a weekly basis. Voluntary contributions may be asked of parents
Out of School Club (Childcare)
Children can attend on a daily basis. There are a range of activities and children can be collected at any time during the session. Parents incur a charge on either an hourly or sessional basis.
