School finance team has identified issues when schools are submitting the internal journals for SEND transfers. The detail which is been entered by some schools includes pupils full names when identifying who the funding which is being transferred relates to.

This must stop immediately, any journals which are received with this detail will not be processed, and the school's will need to resubmit those journals.
