2014/15 School Balances: Request for Additional Exception
Norfolk’s Scheme for Financing Schools includes a paragraph at section 4.2(d) to enable schools to carry forward additional exceptional year-end surplus balances, subject to the production of appropriate supportive evidence.
Attached for your consideration are details of the process for schools to request an additional surplus balance exception together with the timescale for the information to be submitted. Any application must be completed and returned to Martin Oswick, Team Leader (Schools Support), School Finance Team, Room 047 County Hall, no later than Friday 27th February 2015. Any applications received after this date cannot be considered.
