A Good Education for Every Norfolk Learner - briefings for Governors
Dear Chair of Governors
The world of education is changing rapidly. In response to this, many governing bodies are also considering the future vision for their school and the opportunities and risks that present themselves.
The Education Partnership Service together with Norfolk Governor Services would like to invite you and a fellow governor to a briefing session to share our current approach within the Norfolk Strategy ‘A Good Education for Every Norfolk Learner’.
The briefings will include:
- An overview of the range of collaboration opportunities (Federation, Multi-Academy Trust, Partnership, Amalgamation, Trusts)
- Current (see link above) and emerging policies to develop a self-improving school system in Norfolk
- Succession planning opportunities
- A view from an existing collaboration presented by governors
- Opportunity for discussion, questions and answers
The content of the session will be relevant to all primary phase schools, regardless of size or current Ofsted grade.
The dates shown below are the available sessions and we would be delighted to see you at one of the briefings. A light buffet and refreshments will be available.
