Admission arranagements consultation reminder
This is a reminder that the annual consultation on Norfolk’s admission arrangements is now open and all responses must be submitted by 28 February 2015 so they can be considered by the Children’s Services Committee on 10 March 2015.
Full details can be found on MI sheet 2/15 but the main changes are:
- No changes proposed to Admission Co-ordination and timetables for 2016/17
- Proposal to continue in-year co-ordination for Norfolk schools for 2016/17
- Consultation on the inclusion of Pupil Premium within over-subscription rules for Community and Voluntary Controlled Schools
- Proposal to formally cease the School Admissions Forum from September 2015
Parents and carers are particularly invited to respond so it would be helpful if you could please bring the consultation to their attention on your school website and newsletters.
