Out of School Childcare

Does your school have a childcare based out of school club?

Norfolk County Council have a statutory requirement to publish information about childcare and other services in their local authority’s area.

Information on Out of School childcare in Norfolk is published on the Norfolk Directory at www.norfolk.gov.uk/fsd.

The Family Information Service is pleased to announce that you now have access to update your information online via the Provider Portal.

Please call the FIS helpline to activate your Provider Portal account on 01603 222 300, you will need to answer some security questions to obtain your login.

There will be a suite of e-forms according to your provider type to keep information up to date via the Portal: www.norfolk.gov.uk/eyproviderportal

FIS can provide you with guidance for updating the forms via the portal.

Why use the provider portal?

Convenient

– You can manage your records on the provider portal by logging in at your convenience to update changes to your information. No need for paper forms.

Frequent updates

- There are frequent feeds to the Norfolk Directory, updated information will be available to parents & carers within 2-3 working days www.norfolk.gov.uk/fsd

Tracking forms

- You receive automated emails when your information has been successfully authorised, you can also track the status of forms in the Portal.

Accurate

- The information on the form will be provided by you and verified by FIS. Information is mapped into the database and reduces the need for manual inputting.

WHAT NEXT?

Once you have your username and password we request that you login to the provider portal to update your information.
