School 2 School Support

School 2 School Support continues to go from strength to strength helping pupils within mainstream settings with relevant and practical support to help build effective and sustainable practice.

Referrals are now open for Spring term 2016. Referral requests linked to individual pupils or whole school support can now be made via www.s2ssupport.co.uk. There is a one off fee of £50 per referral. Within 10 working days a member of the S2S team will be in contact with you to discuss how best to proceed.

As per previous MI Sheet (73/15) from the 1st April 2016 School 2 School Support will move to a traded service model. The Norfolk Special Schools have worked hard to ensure the traded service being offered is affordable, accessible and robust enough to ensure the needs of Norfolk learners with SEN-D continue to be met.

The traded service options are now live on the Norfolk SLA website (www.s4s.norfolk.gov.uk) and are available for purchase. Please note any subscription/option purchased will come into effect on 1st April 2016. Until 31st March 2015, the service remains the same as it has done for the past 4 years. From consultation feedback we have provided both Cluster and Individual School purchase options. We hope that you see the benefit of buying in as a cluster. Cluster subscriptions represent the best value for money and will ensure your cluster is assigned a named School 2 School Co-ordinator. Individual schools can buy bundles of hours to meet the need within their school.

We would very much like to hear any feedback/comments you might have. Please do so via admin@s2ssupport.co.uk. We are also happy to have a conversation with other school types and groupings should you wish to consider purchasing the service.

School 2 School Support has been part funded by Norfolk County Council's High Needs Block. We are committed to helping improve outcomes for pupils across Norfolk.
