'Out of Hours' Supply on Call Service
Our new, improved database allows schools to self-serve in a more efficient way and, as a result, the demand on our out-of-hours Supply On Call service has reduced. The resignation of a team member has led us to review future provision and in light the changes, we are reducing the on call service very slightly for a temporary period of time as follows:
New Times:
- Monday to Friday 7am-9am
- Tuesday to Thursday 4.30pm-7.30pm
We are also available during normal office hours to support any searches and queries in the normal way.
We will monitor the new arrangements and, with feedback welcome from yourselves, will review arrangements towards the end of the school year.
