In case you have not yet had sight of the dates and venues for the next round of Termly Update Meetings for Headteachers taking place in February/March, details of these are shown below:

• 25 February 2016, 1.00-3.30pm - West Norfolk Professional Development Centre (TLS-0216-T030)
• 1 March 2016, 1.00-3.30pm - Great Yarmouth Racecourse (TLS-0316-T027)
• 3 March 2016, 9.00-11.30am - Barnham Broom Hotel (TLS-0316-T028)
• 3 March 2016, 1.00-3.30pm - Barnham Broom Hotel (TLS-0316-T029)

The agenda for these termly meetings is set jointly by the Headteacher Associations and the LA. A copy of the draft agenda is attached. The meetings provide important updates on our collective efforts to improve Norfolk education as well as networking opportunities with Headteacher and LA colleagues. Do attend if you possibly can.

Please note there will be two sessions taking place at Barnham Broom Hotel this time round (in the smaller Kimberley Suite). There are still places available at both sessions although the afternoon session is almost full. Places are still plentiful at Great Yarmouth and WNPDC. It is imperative that you book your place in advance of the meeting by logging on to the Services for Schools website and searching for the sessions under 'NIEAS Teaching and Learning Services' and then the 'Training' section.

This time round, we are also pleased to welcome 'Innovate my school' – there will be an opportunity to take part in their interactive innovation sessions after the meetings have finished – the innovation areas represented will be:
