Barclays Online Safety
In order for Barclays to provide their clients with the most secure online banking experience, it is important that all users comply with the hardware and software guidelines.
This means that you must access your online banking system only via the supported operating systems and browsers that are security patched by the vendor and therefore supported by both the vendor and Barclays. Compliance with these guidelines makes up part of your security obligations set out within the Terms and Conditions for use of the system.
The current support matrix is shown below; however, please note that this is updated in line with industry updates so we strongly recommend that you regularly check the hardware and software guides which can be found within Barclays.Net.
