Statutory Assessment 2016/17
Schools will be informed of Statutory Moderation as follows:
- EYFS moderation notification: 27th March.
- Moderation will take place from 5th - 22nd May
- Agreement Trialling (for those schools not selected for moderation) will take place 19th - 28th April. Schools will be able to book their place after the 27th March.
- KS1 and KS2 moderation notification: 19th May
- Moderation will take place from the 5th - 23rd June.
The interim TA frameworks remain in 2017 for KS1 and KS2 and the EYFS profile for Early Years.
In order to assist schools in preparing for Statutory Assessment and Moderation we have produced a school handbook which must be read in conjunction with the statutory guidance at the following link.
The handbook will be sent to all schools via Perspective in January.
The Achievement Service will be providing a series of briefings and training opportunities that will support schools in fulfilling their statutory duties:
