Management Information Sheet
Survey on the Future of School and System Leadership in Norfolk - review to gather feedback from current and aspiring leaders in Norfolk
Further to management information sheet 180/16, you will be aware that we have recently commissioned an independent piece of work to help us consider the future of the local education system in Norfolk. This work will focus specifically on how the local education system may change over the next five years, and the implications for education leadership – both in terms of school leaders and governors, and at the level of individual schools, partnerships and the Norfolk education system.
To help us with this project, we have engaged an organisation called Isos Partnership (www.isospartnership.com). Isos has a track-record of supporting national government and local areas to develop strategies to improve education and support for school improvement, including having worked with Norfolk previously when we were developing A Good School for Every Norfolk Learner and the Norfolk to Good and Great programme.
As part of this review, Isos are keen to gather feedback from a broad range of colleagues involved in education in Norfolk. To this end, Isos have prepared a short online survey for school leaders (headteachers/principals and governors) across Norfolk in order to gather some initial feedback and views that will be used to inform subsequent, in-depth discussions with school leaders and the overall findings from this project.
We would be very grateful if you could spare the time to complete the survey, which can be found here. The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete, and Isos will treat responses in strict confidence.
The survey will remain open until 6.00pm on Friday 10th February 2017.
Thank you in advance for your contribution.
