Update to RAG Matrix

The Local Authority has changed its management of a deficit budget plan. Information regarding this was released on Management Information sheet number 8/17.

We have updated the RAG matrix (section 3) to reflect these changes. A copy of this matrix is attached for reference and will be available on our Finance A-Z.

The Spring Term RAG reports will be released to schools via email initially. We ask that schools provide this to Governors via Governor Hub as soon as possible. A copy of the RAG will also be available in My School.
